Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • 1-2 years of previous banquet bartending experience preferred
  • A well-groomed appearance
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • BASSET certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Serv Safe Food Handlers certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Available for at least 1-5 shifts weekly
  • Able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 5 hours at a time
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently and 20 lbs constantly

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions as prescribed by standard operating procedures
  • Arrive promptly for shift in proper uniform
  • Thoroughly complete banquet and portable bar set-up and breakdown for each event
  • Maintain proper handling of all food products and beverage products
  • Perform all side work as required
  • Perform additional duties related to job as assigned
