Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- 1-2 years of previous banquet bartending experience preferred
- A well-groomed appearance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- BASSET certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Serv Safe Food Handlers certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Available for at least 1-5 shifts weekly
- Able to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp and bend for up to 5 hours at a time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently and 20 lbs constantly

Job Duties
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- Handle cash and credit card transactions as prescribed by standard operating procedures
- Arrive promptly for shift in proper uniform
- Thoroughly complete banquet and portable bar set-up and breakdown for each event
- Maintain proper handling of all food products and beverage products
- Perform all side work as required
- Perform additional duties related to job as assigned
