Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending, preferably in a banquet or event setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bartending
  • Knowledge of standard alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Basic math skills for handling money and measuring ingredients

  • Previous experience as a banquet or event bartender
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of health and safety standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a function basis
  • Requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from daily functions sheet
  • Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality
  • Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks
  • Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items
  • Cleans banquet bar at the end of each function
  • Performs general cleaning tasks using standard hospitality cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
  • Performs any other duties as requested by management
