Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests and be responsible for accommodating all guests’ needs at the attendance of an event
- Participate in good communication with guests with questions regarding the menu
- Take guests beverage orders and understand how to make certain cocktails
- Know and understand what a BEO is, make sure that all liquor, beer and wine is counted for at the end of the night
- Anticipate guest’s needs and monitor the guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
- Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event
- Performs side work to prepare for upcoming events
