Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Three years bartending experience required or bartending school plus two years experience
- One year banquet bartending experience required
- At least two years working in high-volume banquet/catering operations with one year fine dining service
- Obtain and maintain valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Obtain and maintain valid MAST certification
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must tolerate varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to secure and maintain Spokane Tribe Gaming License
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum three years bartending experience or completion of bartending school plus two years bartending experience
- At least one year banquet bartending experience
- Minimum two years experience in high-volume banquet/catering including one year fine dining service
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Maintain valid MAST certification
- Ability to secure and maintain Spokane Tribe Gaming License
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Set up banquet bars and accessories as directed
- Verify guest age requirements by checking identification
- Utilize POS system proficiently for processing orders and payments
- Maintain accurate inventory and consumption records
- Balance cash receipts and manage cash bank according to procedures
- Break down the bar and store supplies at event conclusion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area following sanitation standards
- Assist with banquet staff duties as directed
- Engage guests and team members with a positive and professional demeanor
