Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds
- reliable transportation to the property
- pass background and drug screening
- six months food and beverage experience preferred
- bartending knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- Set up for functions including bars, tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces
- run banquet bar areas efficiently during functions
- serve drinks and food to guests and bus tables
- clear and tear down banquet rooms after events including cleaning and vacuuming
- maintain cleanliness and organization of back hall and storerooms
- perform food and beverage preparation duties such as brewing coffee and stocking workstations
- provide warm and sincere welcome and farewell to guests
- interact professionally with staff and assist other departments
- deliver excellent guest experiences by going above and beyond
