Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift 35 to 50 pounds
  • reliable transportation to the property
  • pass background and drug screening
  • six months food and beverage experience preferred
  • bartending knowledge preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up for functions including bars, tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces
  • run banquet bar areas efficiently during functions
  • serve drinks and food to guests and bus tables
  • clear and tear down banquet rooms after events including cleaning and vacuuming
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of back hall and storerooms
  • perform food and beverage preparation duties such as brewing coffee and stocking workstations
  • provide warm and sincere welcome and farewell to guests
  • interact professionally with staff and assist other departments
  • deliver excellent guest experiences by going above and beyond
