- TIPS certification required
- meet state law age requirements for tending bar
- successful completion of a background check prior to employment
Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred
- experience in banquet or hospitality environments a plus
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- flexibility to support team needs, perform side duties, and adapt to changing event requirements

Job Duties
- Provide welcoming, attentive service that enhances the overall guest experience during banquets and events
- dispense alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations
- maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient bar area, contributing to seamless event operations
- step into a leadership role when assigned, supervising team members and ensuring quality service delivery
- perform other duties as assigned
