Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check prior to employment
- Must be at least the legal age to serve alcohol
- TIPS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-call shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must have TIPS certification and meet state law age requirements

Job Duties
- Demonstrate excellent public and customer relations skills
- Dispense alcoholic beverages responsibly following liquor laws and company policies
- Prepare and charge for drink orders accurately
- Adhere to all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, and stocking
- Wash and sanitize glasses and utensils
- Ensure alcohol removal from counters before closing
- Take on additional duties as assigned
- If acting in lead capacity, supervise assigned employees and assign tasks
