Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience
- Ability to stand for 4 to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry full and empty glass racks weighing approximately 10 to 15 pounds
- Ability to reach above head for glasses
- Ability to twist caps off bottles
- Ability to memorize numerous drinks
- Ability to work under pressure from servers and customers
- Awareness of hazards including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year previous bartending experience
- Ability to memorize numerous drink recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of bar safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance
- Set up bar area
- Restock bar with glassware
- Process all transactions
- Maintain accurate money drawer
- Maintain proper security of money and liquor at all times
- Help on main floor as necessary
- Clean bar area (wipe down liquor bottles, shelves and drains)
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Re-set bar supplies
