Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours continuously
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- legal work authorization for the location
- flexible availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barback, bartender assistant, or similar hospitality role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to stand for long periods
- basic knowledge of bar inventory and supplies
- flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service
- fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders
- breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas
- comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
