Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours continuously
- Flexible schedule to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- Work authorization for the location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Commitment to Four Seasons service standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in barback or similar roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons standards
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service
- fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders
- Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
