In this role, the Banquet Barback is responsible for maintaining, replenishing, and organizing bar supplies to support efficient beverage service. This includes tasks such as moving and assembling portable bars, stocking supplies like glasses, napkins, ice, and condiments, and ensuring the bar and service areas are clean and well-organized at all times. Accurate compliance with inventory control measures and sanitation standards is critical to the role, ensuring a safe and professional working environment. Candidates will engage in a variety of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
