Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is an asset
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking
- Strong organizational skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Setting up and breaking down bar stations for banquet events
- Stock and replenish bar glassware, garnishes, and supplies
- Transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage rooms, and equipment
- Support bartenders during banquets to ensure smooth service
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
