Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages, 6 months bartending experience, ability to lift 20-40 lbs, ability to push carts 50-100 lbs, ability to stand continuously for 100% of scheduled time, capability to climb steps approximately 20% of an 8 hour shift, ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in crowded and noisy environments, ability to tactfully handle customer service problems, ability to operate cash register and accurately count cash, physical ability to bend and kneel, ability to read records and special requests
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification, TIPS certified, must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages, 6 months bartending experience
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, perform all guest contact activities in a cordial and professional manner, ring guest checks and process payments accurately, complete liquor requisitions and maintain supply lists, know and comply with state liquor laws, ensure established pars are maintained, perform all sidework duties according to schedules
