Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a hospitality or bar environment preferred
- Must have basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds continuously
- Must be able to work in refrigerated and normal temperature environments
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Willingness to adhere to attendance rules and work regularly
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Basic mathematical skills
- Manual dexterity to use knives pick up glassware and bottles scoop ice tap kegs and stock items
- Ability to comprehend written product labeling instructions
- Physical capability to grasp bend lift carry or move goods weighing up to 150 pounds
- Ability to work within temperature ranges from normal to refrigerated
- Professional appearance and manner at all times
- Team player willing to assist co-workers
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
Job Duties
- Retrieves orders from storeroom and checks stock with storeroom personnel and bartenders for accuracy
- Cuts slices and peels perishable garnishes and fruits and mixes and pours juices as needed
- Assists bartender in maintaining adequate bar supplies such as stir sticks napkins and matches
- Maintains cleanliness of bar area beer lockers refrigeration and storage areas
- Scoops ice transports to service areas and replenishes ice containers
- Boxes and saves empty liquor bottles for returns
- Transports taps replaces and performs routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs
- Complies with attendance rules and performs other assigned job duties
