Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a hospitality or bar stock role advantageous
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • compliance with health and safety regulations

  • ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with personnel
  • cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits
  • mix and pour juices according to projected business
  • store back-up supplies needing refrigeration
  • assist bartender in maintaining supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches
  • maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas
  • scoop and transport ice to service areas and replenish containers
  • box and save empty liquor bottles for returns
  • transport, replace and maintain heavy beer kegs
  • comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
  • perform any other job-related duties as assigned
