Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a hospitality or bar stock role advantageous
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with personnel
- cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices according to projected business
- store back-up supplies needing refrigeration
- assist bartender in maintaining supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches
- maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas
- scoop and transport ice to service areas and replenish containers
- box and save empty liquor bottles for returns
- transport, replace and maintain heavy beer kegs
- comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
