Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to handle a 27-inch oval food server?s tray ranging from 20 to 35 pounds
- ability to move throughout the hotel and casino and assigned suite continuously during shift
- ability to push and/or pull 40 to 50 pounds on wheels
- professional and friendly communication skills
- present a professional and pleasant appearance
- must be able to follow directions
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- prior food experience preferred
- able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- demonstrate a sense of urgency and react to changing business demands

Job Duties
- Ensure that all food items requested and necessary supplies are obtained and delivered in a timely manner
- provide directions and support for bus persons
- facilitate the immediate accommodation of guest requests
- follow all applicable safety precautions applicable to food service areas
- treat guests with courtesy and respect
- maintain appropriate grooming and wear the uniform provided
- ensure that all items are presented in accordance with department guidelines
- serve beverages to guests upon delivery
- perform side work including bussing tables, washing dishes, filling sugar bowls, salt and pepper shakers, folding napkins, banquet room setup and general organization of storage areas
- complete service preparation functions as required
- maintain a clean work environment
- be familiar with upcoming events and related hospitality functions, bars and deliveries
- work at a fast pace in a diverse environment
- assist with special events as needed
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
