Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or food service experience
- Valid food handler's certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Willingness to obtain responsible beverage server certification if not already certified
- Strong customer service skills
- Good time management
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced team environment
- Ability to adapt to varying temperatures
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Responsible beverage server certification preferred must be willing to obtain if not already certified
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
- Good time management and awareness of event flow

- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented guest-facing role
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Adaptability to varying weather and temperatures indoors and outdoors
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and navigate stairs if needed
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift carry push or pull up to 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Assist with setting up event spaces including linens table settings and buffet or beverage stations
- Stock service areas appropriately with supplies such as utensils napkins cups and condiments
- Support the execution of food service by serving pre-plated meals beverages and passed appetizers as directed
- Replenish buffet stations regularly to ensure presentation and freshness
- Transport food and supplies from kitchen to event areas in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout the event
- Assist with table service and floor maintenance such as clearing tables removing used dishes and managing trash during and after service
