Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous hospitality or food service experience required
- Valid Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Responsible Beverage Server Certification preferred must be willing to obtain if not certified
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
- Good time management and awareness of event flow
- Must be reliable punctual and have a professional appearance and grooming
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to stand and walk for long periods and navigate stairs if needed
- Able to work a flexible schedule including availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Able to lift carry push or pull up to 30 lbs
- Able to adapt to varying weather and temperatures indoors and outdoors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or food service experience

Job Duties
- Assist with setting up event spaces including linens table settings and buffet or beverage stations
- Stock service areas appropriately with supplies such as utensils napkins cups and condiments
- Support the execution of food service by serving pre-plated meals beverages and passed appetizers as directed
- Replenish buffet stations regularly to ensure presentation and freshness
- Transport food and supplies from kitchen to event areas in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout the event
- Assist with table service and floor maintenance such as clearing tables removing used dishes and managing trash during and after service
