Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- previous hospitality or food service experience required
- valid food handler's certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- responsible beverage server certification preferred
- must be willing to obtain if not already certified upon hire
- strong customer service mindset and willingness to learn
- good time management and awareness of event flow
- must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional appearance and grooming
- effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-facing role
- able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- able to adapt to varying weather and temperatures, indoors and outdoors
- able to stand and walk for long periods and navigate stairs if needed
- able to work a flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs.
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with setting up event spaces, including linens, table settings and buffet or beverage stations
- stock service areas appropriately with supplies such as utensils, napkins, cups, and condiments
- support the execution of food service by serving pre-plated meals, beverages, and passed appetizers as directed
- replenish buffet stations regularly to ensure presentation and freshness
- transport food and supplies from kitchen to event areas in a safe and timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas throughout the event
- assist with table service and floor maintenance for example: clear tables, remove used dishes, and manage trash during and after service
