Job Requirements

  • Availability to work 35-45 hours per week including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and enforce policies
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be eligible for bartending license
  • Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to train and supervise staff

Job Qualifications

  • Interest in event planning, hospitality management, and catering
  • Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new software such as Canva
  • Eligibility for bartending license

Job Duties

  • Assist with opening and set-up for events
  • Serve and bartend at events as needed
  • Train, schedule, and supervise employees
  • Follow food and liquor licensing and safety policies
  • Create work orders, invoices, and layouts using catering software
  • Execute work order details to ensure successful events
  • Assist with marketing and miscellaneous office tasks
