Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year experience in a customer service or hospitality setting
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License and safe driving record
  • Ability to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise a team during events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes
  • Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License with a safe driving record
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills

Job Duties

  • Provide direct customer service and support to clients during facility rentals
  • Coordinate assignments and supervise Banquet Attendant staff members during events
  • Prepare for back-to-back rentals including room configuration and setup
  • Oversee the setup of tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment for clients, caterers, and vendors
  • Maintain an inventory of linens, equipment, tables, and chairs
  • Provide coverage for rentals and events ensuring consistent high-level customer service
  • Troubleshoot operational issues during events as needed
