  • Experience as a banquet server required
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience managing a free-standing restaurant
  • Knowledge of inventory tracking and control procedures
  • Ability to use a calculator efficiently
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Ensure banquet and restaurant needs are safely and efficiently met
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Oversee all aspects of banquet and restaurant operations
  • Manage inventory and supplies, especially beverage inventory
  • Project and order supplies for operations
  • Maintain attention to detail to exceed customer expectations
  • Lead and supervise banquet and food and beverage staff
