Job Duties
- Ensure banquet and restaurant needs are safely and efficiently met
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Oversee all aspects of banquet and restaurant operations
- Manage inventory and supplies, especially beverage inventory
- Project and order supplies for operations
- Maintain attention to detail to exceed customer expectations
- Lead and supervise banquet and food and beverage staff
