Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in hospitality and service industry preferred
  • Previous management experience required
  • Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Knowledge of meeting room management software
  • Familiarity with guest check-in software

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage employees in workplace productivity, concierge, hospitality and customer experience services
  • Prepare and deliver performance reviews
  • Organize team meetings and define action plans
  • Step into hospitality and customer service roles as needed
  • Manage conference room bookings and resolve room conflicts
  • Coordinate events and client meetings with cross-functional teams
  • Manage staffing matrix and backfills
  • Interview and assess candidates
  • Maintain appearance and maintenance of hospitality facilities
  • Support clients and team through excellent communication
  • Prepare for key client visits and liaise with security
  • Create customized client reports
  • Oversee catering program quality
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Communicate daily with clients
  • Manage employee relations and performance issues
  • Coordinate catering and beverage orders
  • Manage client vendor relationships and invoice validation
  • Provide advanced administrative support
  • Manage internal and external events
  • Assist with cleaning and inventory
  • Greet visitors and provide badges
  • Serve as company concierge
  • Maintain phone and speed dial lists
  • Schedule meeting rooms and ensure setup
  • Assist with non-client business activities
  • Support facilities management
  • Create customer proposals
  • Support executive level staff
  • Vendor procurement and coordination
  • Represent company and client cultures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
