Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required
- Minimum 1 years of culinary experience in a banquet catering or high-volume hospitality environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational planning and time-management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale food production including plated service buffets and live stations
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays in line with business demands

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all kitchen operations related to banquet and catering functions ensuring quality and timely service
- Supervise train and schedule culinary staff fostering a professional safe and productive working environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef Banquet Manager and Event Sales team to ensure seamless execution of events
- Monitor and control the food and labor cost within the companys guidelines
- Ensure adherence to all health safety and sanitation regulations maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage food purchasing inventory and cost controls
- Develop new dishes and support the Executive chef in that process
- Doing precise recipes in order to have a proper costing
