Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Good physical condition to move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and standards
  • Must be able to work full time in-office

Job Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software such as word processors and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update files
  • Transmit information or documents via computer, mail, or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment
  • Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Collect, copy, classify, and file office records
  • Support the banquet operations and event planning teams
  • Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues
  • Adhere to company policies and standards
  • Assist with reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
