Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- proficiency with office software including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation programs
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- maintain professional uniform and appearance
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- provide administrative support across departments such as guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
- prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between sales office and clients throughout pre-event, event, and post-event processes
- create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication
- move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
