Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred
  • proficiency with office software including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation programs
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional uniform and appearance
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • provide administrative support across departments such as guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
  • serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between sales office and clients throughout pre-event, event, and post-event processes
  • create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
