Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
one year experience working with customers
ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
required to complete Teller training and platform training
strong organizational skills
excellent communication skills
demonstrated problem-solving skills
ability to schedule and prioritize work
ability to work independently
sound judgment in decision making
proficient in Microsoft Office
notary license preferred

Job Duties

Performing customer transactions accurately
opening and closing personal deposit accounts

managing lead generation and customer outreach
ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations
providing exemplary customer service and support
