Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including early, late, and weekend hours
  • Must be available on some Saturdays
  • Ability to attend new hire training and orientation in Lexington or Somerset, KY
  • Ability to travel to other locations as needed
  • Must comply with the Drug Free Workplace Act
  • Must comply with Bank Secrecy Act rules and regulations
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Manual dexterity to handle coins and currency
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by calling on prospective customers
  • Identify prospects and establish suitable methods of contact
  • Determine appropriate products and/or services for customers
  • Perform day to day operations to achieve satisfactory scores on branch audits
  • Refer opportunities to ancillary lines of business
  • Assist customers with financial transactions including cashing checks and making deposits
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products and services
  • Respond to customer questions, concerns, and explanations of bank products or services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
