Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Certification in Food Handlers alcohol awareness cpr and first aid
- Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year supervisory experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
- Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations
Job Duties
- Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
- Keep food and beverage operations running smoothly from stocking supplies to supporting service
- Ensure safe practices and smart decisions including handling lost items and managing access to sensitive areas
- Maintain sanitation standards ensuring every surface and tool is spotless and up to code
- Foster clear communication and teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
