Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certification in Food Handlers alcohol awareness cpr and first aid
  • Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in kitchen operations or a similar field
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations preferred
  • Certifications in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to obtain Food Manager Certification as required by state regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily hustle in the kitchen making sure every team member is on point and every task is done right
  • Keep food and beverage operations running smoothly from stocking supplies to supporting service
  • Ensure safe practices and smart decisions including handling lost items and managing access to sensitive areas
  • Maintain sanitation standards ensuring every surface and tool is spotless and up to code
  • Foster clear communication and teamwork within the kitchen and with other departments
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
