- less than one year of experience in baking or pastry work
- ability to stand, stroll, or stay seated for extended periods
- ability to transport, heave, press, or tug items weighing less than 25 lbs
- capability to extend arms above and below shoulder level
- ability to bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- ability to work on slippery or uneven surfaces like staircases or slopes
Job Qualifications

- less than twelve months of related exposure in baking, pastry work, or kitchen settings
- ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Adhere to set recipes and presentation standards when making and baking pastries, bread, desserts, and various baked goods
- scale, combine, allocate, and arrange the necessary ingredients for the daily baking tasks
- properly handle and manage baking equipment and instruments to ensure safety
- oversee the operation of ovens and kitchen devices to guarantee the correct cooking timings and temperatures
- comply with regulations concerning food safety and sanitation protocols, such as appropriate food storage, maintaining personal cleanliness, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area
- follow kitchen guidelines for setting up and dismantling workstations
- guarantee consistent food quality and standards with each batch prepared throughout the working period
