Job Requirements

1+ years customer service experience
Baking experience preferred
Teaching or facilitating experience preferred
Evening and weekend availability
Experience working with diverse audiences
Enjoys engaging with people of all ages, including children
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills
Creative problem-solving and decision making
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Dependable, flexible and team-oriented

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
Baking experience preferred
Teaching or facilitating experience preferred
Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

Lead and participate in the successful execution of baking classes and parties
Support manager and instructors including but not limited to room set up and take down, supplies and ingredients preparation, cleaning, and organization
Support manager in the development of party and class plans
Execute tasks efficiently and in accordance with the company’s quality standards
Provide excellent, energetic customer service both in-person and in writing to a diverse audience
Communicate consistently and effectively with management and co-workers
Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized and functional workspace
