Job Requirements
- Completed at least high school education
- Minimum 1-year experience as team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High energy level with ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable
- Computer literate in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Authorization to work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and self-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Adaptability to varying work schedules and environments
- Ability to quickly learn and implement operational procedures
Job Duties
- Implement assigned product/service quality or cleanliness & sanitation program
- Implement assigned crew management activity
- Implement assigned cost management activity
- Manage operations of assigned packaged program
- Assist the Bakeshop General Manager/store management team in achieving store business goals
- Foster a positive work environment with family spirit and fun
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
