Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Operate equipment to produce and package food items meeting daily production goals
  • Accurately measure and weigh ingredients to prepare bakery products according to recipes and standards
  • Label date and rotate products using a first in first out system to ensure freshness
  • Record time and temperatures to meet company and food safety standards
  • Follow recipes safety rules and operating procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain health standards at all times and complete assigned cleaning duties to keep the facility safe and organized
  • Protect company resources by following policies practicing honesty and maintaining a safe work environment
