Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum management experience of 1 year
  • culinary supervisory experience
  • ability to work 1pm - 9pm shifts
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP)
  • proficiency with automated inventory and production management systems
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year management experience
  • prior culinary supervisory skills
  • hands-on food production experience
  • excellent mentoring, leadership and communication skills
  • strong coaching skills
  • a passion for food and service

Job Duties

  • work a 1pm - 9pm shift
  • be responsible for menu compliance, baking/cooking, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation
  • ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards (HACCP)
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets)
  • direct the activities of 10-15 associates
  • oversee administrative duties including employee schedules, hours and payroll
