Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year management experience
Job Qualifications
- high-volume bakery/pastry culinary background
- excellent mentoring/leadership and communication skills
- strong coaching skills
- passion for food and service
Job Duties
- work a 1pm - 9pm shift
- be responsible for menu compliance, baking/cooking, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards (HACCP)
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets)
- direct the activities of 10-15 associates
- oversee administrative duties including employee schedules, hours and payroll
