Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of pastry experience
Ability to work any shift and long hours when necessary
Knowledge of weights, measures, baking and preparation techniques
Artistic ability and creativity for pastry production
Ability to tolerate hot and cold temperatures
Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills

Job Duties

Produce pastry goods including cookies, brownies, breads, cakes, puddings, icings, fancy pastries, desserts daily
Decorate and plate various cakes, cookies, pastries and desserts
Demonstrate solid knowledge of food products and culinary techniques
Assist the Pastry Chef as needed
Ensure food quality is superior and correct any irregularities
Address requests by guests and other players
Maintain attention to detail with decorative and taste quality
Keep the kitchen safe, organized and clean at all times
