Job Duties

  • complete a 4-12 week training program for department manager
  • travel within the division to train and provide relief
  • create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service
  • establish and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • achieve sales and profit goals for the department
  • monitor and control quality assurance standards
  • direct and supervise all department functions, duties, and activities
  • support day-to-day bakery operations
  • embrace and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service
