Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions
  • ability to complete tasks in timely manner
  • ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform physical activities including reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, twisting, and occasional climbing
  • frequent repetitive motion with hands and arms
  • ability to stand and walk throughout shift
  • visual acuity to locate merchandise and verify information
  • may be exposed to various weather conditions and cleaning chemicals
  • may be exposed to allergens like latex, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat
  • employment contingent upon PEP survey, drug screen, reference check and background check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to master menu recipes and communicate needs to management
  • strong customer service skills
  • problem solving abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • dependable and responsible work ethic

Job Duties

  • support food service department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies, procedures, inventory preparation, and financial goals
  • support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, returns, damages, reworks, and supply use
  • adhere to proper equipment procedures including cleaning and maintenance
  • follow company and food safety production guidelines for fresh food preparation, packaging, weighing, pricing, and labeling
  • adhere to food service department cleaning standards using approved equipment and chemicals
  • define issues clearly and apply critical thinking to problem solving
  • consistently produce high quality products and ensure safety procedures are followed
