Job Duties

Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
Offer product samples to customers to encourage discovery
Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
Provide fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrink
Recommend bakery or deli items to customers
Use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
Prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions
