- prior experience in bakery or deli helpful

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
- offer product samples to customers to encourage product discovery
- inform customers about bakery and deli specials
- provide fresh products in correct portion sizes to minimize shrink
- recommend bakery or deli items based on customer needs
- use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
- maintain food safety by adhering to temperature logs and cooking instructions
