Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products they inquire about
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide customers with fresh products in correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- Recommend deli or bakery items to ensure customer satisfaction
- Use all bakery equipment according to company guidelines including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens
- Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions
