Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- provide customers with fresh products in correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- recommend deli or bakery items to customers
- use all bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to company guidelines
- prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions
