Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
- Offer product samples to customers to encourage new item discovery
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide fresh products in correct portions to prevent shrink
- Recommend deli or bakery items to customers based on their needs
- Use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
- Prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions
