Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide fresh products with correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- Recommend deli or bakery items to customers
- Use kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
- Prepare foods following temperature logs and cooking instructions
