Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous bakery, food service, or grocery experience is helpful but not required
- ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- good communication and customer service skills
- basic math and reading skills
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- comfortable working in warm environments near ovens or proofers

Job Duties
- Package, label, and stock baked goods such as breads, rolls, donuts, cakes, and cookies
- assist with basic baking and finishing tasks such as icing, slicing, decorating, or baking off frozen products
- set up and maintain attractive bakery displays and product signage
- monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and remove outdated or damaged items
- maintain clean and sanitary bakery and deli cases, prep areas, and equipment
- answer customer questions and assist with special orders or product recommendations
- follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
