Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
- Offer product samples to customers to help discover new items
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide fresh products with the correct portion size to prevent shrink
- Recommend bakery and deli items to customers to meet their needs
- Use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens according to guidelines
- Prepare foods following food temperature logs and cooking instructions
