Job Duties

  • Prepare bakery and deli items using proper equipment
  • offer product samples to customers

  • provide fresh products in correct portions
  • recommend bakery and deli items

  • prepare foods following temperature logs and recipes
  • package, label, and inventory products
  • check product quality and freshness
  • operate kitchen tools and equipment
  • stock and inventory merchandise
  • report ordering and shipping discrepancies
  • locate products for customers
  • maintain knowledge of products and promotions
  • monitor inventory and stocking conditions
  • ensure food safety compliance
