Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide customers with fresh products in correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- Recommend deli or bakery items to customers
- Use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens according to company guidelines
- Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and cooking instructions
