Job Duties
- Prepare bakery and deli items per customer requests using proper equipment
- offer product samples to help customers discover new items
- inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- provide fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink
- recommend deli and bakery items to customers
- use bakery equipment such as refrigerators, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
- prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions
