Job Duties
- Prepare items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment
- Offer product samples to help customers discover new items or products
- Inform customers of bakery and deli specials
- Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes
- Recommend deli or bakery items to customers
- Use all equipment in bakery such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens according to guidelines
- Prepare foods according to food temperature logs and cooking instructions
